"I cannot communicate with this office. They won’t answer the phone. After calling the nurse line twice to be hung up on by the automated system, I called front desk and was placed on hold and then hung up on again. No one answers the phone in between 12 and 1pm because they are at lunch. That is still problematic because that is the same time others are at lunch and need to make calls on their own ..."
